- Billing cycle
- Monthly (1 month) is a recurring subscription — billed every month until you cancel. Per term (4 months) and yearly (12 months) are charged once for the period you choose and do not auto-renew.
- When access starts
- Applied to your account the moment payment is approved — no shipping or install. Individual generations usually finish within a minute
- Access period
- From payment date until the next billing date; access continues to the expiry date even after cancelling
- Changing plans
- Switching between Plus and Pro charges the new plan's price; your remaining paid time is converted into new-plan time based on what you actually paid and added on. Free time from invite rewards or promo codes doesn't carry over
- Requirements
- A web browser with internet access, or the Semestree iOS app

- Instantly, under Settings > Subscription — no need to contact us
